Thread and Trace: Impressions of lace, held in porcelain.

In the ‘Thread & Trace‘ range each piece begins with a quiet gesture — lace pressed into soft porcelain to record its delicate pattern. Inspired by the heritage of Nottingham lace and the beauty of handmade craft, this jewellery range captures the subtle interplay between texture, tone, and light.

A gentle stain reveals the intricacy of the lace, while a clear crackle glaze enhances the purity of the porcelain. These pieces mark life’s meaningful moments — from everyday elegance to weddings and treasured keepsakes. A wearable echo of memory, craft, and quiet beauty to be cherished.

I have recently been working on improving this range by introducing new packaging. This range includes earrings, pendants, bracelet, tie pins and pin brooch.
