    The ABC Arts Trail – a celebration of creativity, community and connection.  This family-friendly free event brings together artists, makers, businesses and neighbours to transform spaces in Attenborough, Beeston and Chilwell into vibrant showcases of imagination and expression.

  • Wirksworth Festival

    Saturday 12th & Sunday 13th September 2026

    from 10:00am – 5:00pm

    A truly unique event, the Art & Architecture Trail involves people opening their homes to turn the town into a multifaceted gallery with over 140 artists & makers exhibiting and selling their work in more than 70 venues.

    The exhibition spaces are in buildings ranging from charming stone cottages to impressive Georgian townhouses, historic and quirky buildings, gardens, courtyards, shop windows and civic buildings and churches.

    Come and enjoy a wander through the lanes and byways of Wirksworth, meet the artists, talk about their work and buy affordable work to take home!
